 its a tricky one this, to be honest i would probably prefer to just do it myself as i'm using all sorts of variations, 2 controls, 3 controls, led/no led, dc/no dc.

but i am guessing a popular choice would be switch and 2 controls on the main slant, jacks to the back.

or 2 controls and jacks all on the back.

mike if you want some idea of the measurements i am using with my parts let me know.

I'd like knobs and jacks on the back side.  No led or power tap. Those could be added later if needed.
